WHS Type Horizontal Double Ribbon Blenders

Suitable for plastic, chemical and food Industries. Work as blending equipment for powder or pellet with additives or color pigment. Can also blending for solid powder with minority liquid additives. Typical applications includes: Plastics coloring, PVC dry blending, pre mixing of compounds with fillers. Can be work as cooler for bulk solid material. Size rang from 300L up to 15,000L.

Special designed double ribbon agitator benefit to excellent blending and distribution. Low speed mixing with lower heat generated, suitable heat-sensitive product and low temperature processes. Totally open lid for easy clean. Shaft sealing by purging air to prevent fine powder go into bearing.
