High pressure blow tank conveying systems (Dense phase)

High pressure blow tank conveying system, also called pressure vessel conveying system, is a type of positive pressure pneumatic conveying system.Products in conveying line is normally in dense phase. The difference between high pressure blow tank conveying system and other traditional positive pressure system is that the products feeding device in this system will be single or multiple blow tanks instead of rotary valves or Venturi nozzles. In addition, the conveying gas pressure in this system will be relatively higher than that of traditional positive pressure system, the solid to gas ratio is also relatively higher. For the conveying of powers or granules,especially for the long-distance and high efficient conying of products with bad flowing property.
