Dry blend silos not only provide a buffering storage for bended materials, they are also necessary in a plant when multiple formulation and/or colors to be processed.

Blending processes do have fluctuations due to the natural standard deviation of all processes. Blending of the individual batches of the mixing process are recommended. We therefore have developed our gravity blending system which will installed inside dry blend silos to achieve material homogenization just by the gravity flowing of different batches dry blends out of silo.
